This property was absolutely wonderful! The condo had everything that we needed for a great time in Kauai! The Lanai has a wonderful view! The property is quiet and relaxing. A very short walk to the beach, there were chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear and other beach necessities to bring! Central location, easy to drive north up to Princeville, Hanalei and the Na Pali coast or west towards Waimea Canyon! Great communication with the owner Susan! She was very helpful and accommodating! Easy walk to Poipu Beach where we got to see the sea turtles coming ashore to rest in the evening! Condo is decorated so cute! Such a great stay! We’ll definitely be back!

From the moment you walk in, you are “at the beach”! Such care taken to all the small details in this beautiful condo. We had all the amenities we needed and much more. And the sunsets on the beach??? Breathtaking!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit, which is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our week in Kauai. Extra amenities include a washer and dryer in the unit that helped us from overpacking too many clothes. We used the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided which saved us from having to rent them. Not every unit provides this. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Everything you need for a beach vacation is there. There are beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie board and more. The condo is comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. You can walk to two different malls with lots of restaurant, and shopping choices. There is a walkway to the other resorts nearby. The beaches complement each other, one best for learning to surf/boogie board (in front of this condo) and one within walking distance with good snorkeling. The lanai is great for morning and evening relaxation. We loved this place!

The location was the perfect, Affordable and accommodating for our families with small children. We have a 5 year old and active two year old. The lanai opened to a grassy area which gave our kids room to play around while we relaxed or ate on the lanai. The pool has a small kids area that was perfect. Poipu Beach is a short drive/walking distance and has a shallow area for the kids and we even witnessed a sea turtle swim to shore. Starbucks was across the street and everything we needed was nearby. We loved the pizza place (i think it was called pizette) nearby and the iced cream place across the street. We’ve never slept better in our lives than we did in the condo. We slept with the windows open and the night breeze through the trees was so relaxing (and I’m the worst sleeper ever). The condo had a pack and play, kick board, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc that were an amazing addition to our stay. We’d return for sure!

Susan’s unit is absolutely perfect (I don’t think I’ve ever used this word in a vrbo review) for a couple looking to enjoy the paradise that is Kauai. It’s impeccably furnished and outfitted with everything you’ll need. It’s conveniently located walking distance from a plaza with restaurants, general store and coffee shops. You can sit on the lanai and enjoy looking at the beach just a few hundred yards away across the manicured grounds. We had a great time and would love to visit this unit again.

Highly recommended.This condo was great for my wife and I. 2 minute walk to the beach. Fantastic grounds. It was great just walking the property. Shopping center across the street was perfect. Lots to eat – Keokis paradise,Puka Dog and Little Fish coffee were a few favorites. Loved the Poipu area. Would love to return to this unit in paradise.

We enjoyed our week stay. Condo has everything you need and the location is great. We’ve stayed at numerous other condos at the Kiahuna and I have to say this one went to the top of my list and we will definitely rent it again.

We highly recommend this property and plan to come back. It is located with the back Lanai facing the ocean. The gardens and grounds area beautiful. The location is central for seeing both sides of the island. The owner is fantastic to work with and provides many amenities that enhance the stay. It is really great to have coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs, sand mats, and boogie boards. The condo is clean and has a great Hawaiian feel with a well stocked kitchen. The grill is right outside and we used it often. Thank you Susan for the incredible vacation we had at your condo!

We had a lovely experience at Kiahuna Plantation. We made good use of everything in the unit including the kitchen, beach chairs, pack n play, detachable high chair, and nearby BBQ. Kiahuna plantation is a perfect location, it feels like a more local experience than staying at the Hyatt or Sheraton, while it has all the convenience of Poipu, with Poipu beach park, Kukui’ula Village shopping center and Koloa town nearby. We also had a nice dinner at Keoki’s paradise with live music. Our 16 month old daughter loved the pool at Poipu athletic club across the street, and little fish is a great place to get coffee in the morning.

Nicely remodeled cottage and great location on the plantation. This was our 7th time staying at Kiahuna in various units. With a toddler it was nice to be on the ground floor with a straight shot to the beach. I believe the description mentioned a high chair- that was the only thing missing. Pack n’ play provided as noted. We especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was – right down to tupperware and chip clips – so helpful to us!

I stayed here with my family and we had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful and unit is clean and has everything needed for beach vacation with a 12 & 8 year old boys. I did think the beach would be closer than described. It has beautiful lawn area for kids to play or just relaxing. It would have been nice if there was more available closet space to put away our things instead of walking around suitcases. All in all great place !

The grounds at Kiahuna Plantation were really nice. We liked the large amounts of grass. The beach in front of the condo was also nice and inviting. The condo was nicely decorated in a beach theme. There were a couple negatives for us. The sprinklers come on each morning at 4:00 am. They are quite loud and right outside the bedroom windows. The condo is small. There was not a lot of space to store things including our two large suitcases. The living room television noise goes right into the bedroom. This could be a problem if you have some people in your party that get up earlier than others.

Loved the condo! It was perfect for the 2 of us. Plenty of room, nice furnishings, and the closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards, etc was awesome. We loved the lanai and the location was quiet and private. We hope to return again next October. The weather was fabulous!

My daughter and loved staying in this Poipu bungalow. The location was exactly what we wanted and the amenities were great. We’ve stayed in the Grand Hyatt down the street but this is where we’ll be returning to next time we come to Kauai. It’s clean. Excellent communication with Susan and other management. Already looking forward to next time!
