This condo is decorated and furnished with a luxurious, tropical, ‘home-away-from-home’ feel. Since it is family-owned, we take great pride in keeping it immaculately maintained. Besides all of the amenities, what makes Beach House 144 so sought after is the location. Our unit has a partial ocean view with the living room and lanai. It is a ground floor unit so the lanai flows seamlessly to the beautifully manicured grass lawn and tropical gardens. It is an end unit, so it’s very quiet and has wonderful cross trade wind ventilation due to windows on the side of the unit. It is also completely handicap accessible.
Barbecue your meals on one of the resort’s many BRAND NEW BBQs, or cook inside the unit using the fully equipped kitchen. You can also walk or take a short drive to many wonderful top-rated restaurants nearby. Fine dining, shopping, art galleries and world-renowned golf are all conveniently within walking distance or a 5-minute drive.
Our resort’s pool is located behind the complex at the ‘Poipu Athletic Club’ Workout rooms, and tennis, basketball and pickleball courts are also there for your use at NO extra charge. You will have ALL ACCESS to this amenity included in your rate. The large pool has a jacuzzi hot tub, waterfalls and a fun waterslide in a “grotto” type setting. It has a sand beach shallow kids area, perfect for babies/toddlers. There is a restaurant/bar for snacks and drinks.
More of an adventurer type? Take surfing lessons at Poipu Beach, visit Spouting Horn, explore the Na Pali coast by tour boat, get an aerial view of the island via helicopter tour or hike Waimea Canyon. Best Poipu Rental
This condo is the best place to stay in Poipu. Modern, well-equipped, comfortable, charming, and clean, this condo is the perfect home away from home. With our small family, the condo was the absolute best Poipu location. We hardly used our car and were able to easily walk with small kids to Poipu’s best beaches, surfing, boogie boarding, snorkeling, shopping, and restaurants. Plenty of space in the condo for all of us and we loved the patio that opens right to the beautiful lawn and gardens. The spectacular beach is just a two minute walk across the lawn. Right across the street we could shop or go for fabulous cocktails and food. I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay. We can’t wait to return.

Wow!! This is THE BEST place to book a vacation at, hands down!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. Very well kept, clean, and a very calming interior with such charm! The back sliding doors open to a wonderful patio area with lounge chairs to relax in with a view of the beach and gorgeous property. Access to a bbq is nearby as well. The walking distance to the beach is an easy walk just a couple of minutes away. The owner, Susy, is very sweet, friendly, and prompt to respond! I can’t say enough about this property and owner other than it/she made my stay the most enjoyable experience for me in Kauai on the most beautiful beach location!!
